APA's parent company, Hirsh Valuation Group has also developed specialized expertise in the valuation and analysis of golf course properties and ski areas. Additionally, Hirsh Valuation Group has developed considerable expertise in the valuation of a wide range of hospitality and recreational properties ranging from hotels to amusement parks and sports arenas and marinas.

In 1988, we established Golf Property Analysts (GPA) to combine a lifelong love of golf with the need to provide to the golf industry expert and focused real estate consulting and appraisal services. GPA has become known as a nationwide leader in golf property services,
having performed over 16,00 assignments in 44 U.S. states and Canada and more recently, having acted as broker in facilitating the sale of over $70 million in golf course properties in the eastern United States. Larry Hirsh has become distinguished in the golf property industry having been president of the Society of Golf Appraisers and having been published in many leading publications on a variety of topics.
We have also created Ski Property Analysts (SPA) to respond to a client who entered the ski business.We have performed appraisals and analyses of ski area facilities in 7 states and we are rapidly expanding.  SPA's goal is to become the leading appraisal and consulting firm for ski area properties in the United States.
